Customers may notice out of date information in Smart Factory. Our system is still catching up from the backlog of messages that came in earlier. We expect this to continue for another 30 min before full recovery. We will update as soon as the system has caught up.

Some customers may have experienced page timeouts and false downtime reports due to a short period of very high load on Smart Factory. The system has recovered automatically and our team is continuing to monitor.
