Inability to contact support via the profile menu

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We are currently investigating reports of Heroes being unable to access the support portal through the "Contact support" on the top right menu in Kajabi. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and resolve this as quickly as possible.
