Incorrect Document Output in Sign Flows with Separate Delivery Enabled

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently investigating reports of incorrect document output in Formstack Sign for workflows configured to return documents separately. Affected users may experience documents being combined, incorrectly split, out of order, or missing from the final output. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution.
