We are currently investigating an issue affecting SMS delivery for two-factor authentication (2FA) in Legal Accounting. Users may not receive text message verification codes at login.
Recommended workarounds:
Disable the firm-wide 2FA requirement (preferred) — A firm Administrator can temporarily turn this off under Admin > Users > Security.
Use email verification instead — If you are still prompted for a code at login, select "Send Email" on the login screen to receive your verification...
