Analytics processing for campaigns and flows is recovering and the delay is decreasing. Sending, scheduling, and other core functions remain fully operational. We're monitoring closely and will confirm once analytics return to normal operation.

These issues are tied to instability with an upstream infrastructure provider (AWS) and we are continuing to work through them. We'll provide updates as soon as we have more to share.

System performance is improving, and users can now access campaigns pages to complete scheduling. We determined these errors resulted from a combination of instability with an upstream infrastructure provider (AWS) and a significant increase in retry traffic.
